BULK
FILING SCHEME - SUVIDHA was introduced by the Income
Tax Department during June 2002. We have been closely
interacting with the Income Tax Department in making
this model a success. We are proud to say that we are
the first and perhaps the only Service Provider in the
country to have successfully files returns in Bulk (to
be specific 1633 returns in one go for a large organization
in Bangalore). The encouragement and support from the
Income Tax Department has motivated us to cover many

Step
1:
We shall install the entire web-site of FileMyReturns.com
on to your Corporate Intranet.

Apart from the Tax Engine, this will have many tools,
calculators and articles on Tax. With this all your
employees can get FREE Tax Advice from our panel of
experts over e-mail.
Step
2:
FileMyReturns team shall coordinate with your Payroll
/ Tax team and understand your Payroll Processing. We
shall then use Tax-Bridge the tool to interface your
Payroll (Form-16) data and our Tax Engine. With this
the tax forms shall be automatically populated and each
of your employee can access to their own data using
a secure login name and password.

The data still remains within the secure Corporate
Intranet, hence no danger of data misuse.
Step
3:
Users can now verify their own data and after any additions
or modifications submit the form. Our team shall come
to your office on predetermined dates, audit all the
forms, print the same and obtain the signature of the
respective employees.
Step
4:
We shall then transcribe the data of these returns on
to a CD with proper system checks and controls. The
soft copy and the hard copies duly arranged in the manner
as prescribed by the Income Tax Department will be then
submitted to the Tax Officials.
